Executive Bios
Robb Cohen, President & CEO
Robb Cohen is a seasoned veteran with over thirty years experience in the housing industry.
He was the founder and CEO of Buildernet, Ltd, a full service real estate, marketing and consulting company,
Housing Survey Systems, Inc., the nation's largest new home leads and prospect registration and
surveying system, and Great Eastern Management Group, Inc., a company specializing in
property management and new home sales. Mr. Cohen has worked as an attorney at Dewey, Ballantine,
Bushby, Palmer & Wood, specializing in litigation and real estate.
In 2003, Mr. Cohen was named Virginia Businessman of the Year and served as co-Chair of the
Congressional Business Advisory Council. Mr. Cohen has a JD from St. John University Law School
and a BA from Franklin College of Indiana.
Jean Cartoux, Ph.D., COO & CTO
Jean Cartoux has fifteen years experience in the technology industry, in Europe and the United States,
in development, project and program management, operations and executive management.
Prior to BeHomeWise, he served as president and CEO of M-Sat Corp., the US subsidiary of a
French satellite image publishing company. Additionally, he managed the development of several
multimillion dollar projects from inception to production for clients such as Verisign and Freddie Mac
at TEOCO Corporation. Mr. Cartoux has a BS in physics, an MS in electronics and a PhD in computer science
from University Blaise Pascal, Clearmont-Ferrand, France.
Howard Diener, Senior Vice President
Howard Diener is a highly successful business professional with more than 35 years of experience in
general management, operations, sales and marketing. Throughout the course of his career,
Mr. Diener has held executive and management positions in the pharmaceutical, health, and beauty industries,
and has a long record of advising emerging companies and those in transition.
As the founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of HealthQuick.com (an online retailer of health
and beauty products), he helped build a base of more than 200,000 customers, raised more than
$20 million of initial and second-round financing, and developed plans for an IPO and S-1 filing.
As BeHomeWise's Senior Vice President, he advises the company on matters of general business and
growth strategy, operations, sales, marketing, advertising, distribution and manufacturing.
Mr. Diener holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Baltimore.
